Board of Management

The Board of Management has the capacity to consist of 16 members including the Principal, two staff representatives (one teaching and one non-teaching), a student representative and a representative from the Local Enterprise Company.  The balance of the membership is drawn from industry, commerce and other local interests since the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 stipulates that not less than half of the Board is to be composed of members from industry, commerce or the professions.
