Skills for Learning

This course is designed to allow learners to develop and enhance academic, practical and vocational skills. It aims to build on essential skills of literacy, numeracy, IT and citizenship. It introduces working within vocational areas and prepares for further college study and supported employment. The course includes SQA units at Access 2 Level:
Literacy, Numeracy and ICT in the Workplace
Citizenship
Enterprise
Healthy Eating
Vocational Areas (eg. woodwork, car care, gardening).
