Skills for Employment

This course is designed to meet the needs of young people with additional support and learning needs, assisting them to make informed choices about their future. It aims to prepare young people for adult life and work. The course offers a variety of vocational areas made up of SQA Access 3 and Intermediate 1 Level units incorporating Steps to Work SQA Awards. The course content includes:

• Gardening
• Woodwork
• Personal Development
• Personal Presentation
• Communication, ICT and Numeracy
• Enterprise.
