A1 (L&D9DI) Assessor Award

Content 
This course is aimed at those responsible for assessing others in the workplace. The qualification comprises of units including:

• Assessment Planning
• Evidence Gathering
• Assessment Methods
• Contributing to the Quality of the Process. 

The candidate will create a portfolio of evidence to show how they support a minimum of two candidates who are undertaking a nationally recognised award.

Entry Requirements  
The candidate must be in the position where they are able to carry out assessments on others registered for current qualifications.  The candidate must be competent in the area in which they are assessing others.

Benefits  
The A1 Assessor Award enables the candidate to assess the competence of SVQ applicants to ensure that they meet national occupational standards.
