Content

This is a work and competence based qualification and is completed within the candidate's own workplace with one-to-one support provided throughout. The course content includes:

• How to Use and Develop Methods and Systems to Communicate Record and Report
• The Development and Maintenance of Health and Safety Practices which Promote Choice
• Wellbeing and Protection of all Individuals
• Taking Responsibility for the Continuing Professional Development of Yourself and Others.

Entry Requirements
The candidate will be employed within a care environment with supervisory or management responsibility.
