Content
In order to achieve this qualification, the candidate will be assessed in their workplace by a qualified assessor. The assessor will support the candidate to generate a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their knowledge and practical skills. A range of methods will be used such as observation, written reflective accounts and questions. To achieve this qualification the candidate must complete three mandatory units and three optional units. Units include:
• Evaluate and Improve Learning and Development Sessions
• Develop Productive Working Relationships with Colleagues
• Develop and Prepare
• Plan and Prepare Specific Learning and Development Opportunities.
Entry Requirements
The candidate must currently be in a training role planning, developing and delivering training. Some level of autonomy is required.
