Content
To achieve this qualification the candidate must complete three mandatory units and five optional units. Units include:
• Develop and Prepare Resources for Learning and Development
• Internally Monitor and Maintain the Quality of Workplace Assessment
• Identify Collective Learning and Development Needs
• Build and Manage Teams.
The candidate will be assessed in their workplace by a qualified assessor. The assessor will support the candidate to generate a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates their knowledge and practical skills. A range of methods will be used such as observation, written reflective accounts and questions.
Entry Requirements
The candidate must currently be in a training role planning, developing and delivering training. At Level 4 the candidate will be expected to have considerable autonomy and line management responsibility.
