Moving from Germany and learning English while studying.

Background
The reason for coming to Scotland six months ago from Germany was to work as an au-pair and to improve my English and self-confidence. It was always my dream to come here. Scotland's scenery is breathtaking and I am fascinated by capturing these beautiful landscapes in my drawings and photographs. I enjoy my ESOL classes at Kilmarnock College, both Cambridge and ESOL Intermediate 2, not only because I am learning English but also because I have met some very nice friends from all over the world. They have encouraged me to be more outgoing which means that I am enjoying my stay even more. In the future I would like to go to University and study Medicine.
