Content
The course content includes: housing policy, housing practice and managing tenancies, financial management, housing construction, development and law, promoting and marketing housing, community care and supported accommodation, community development and sustainability.

Entry Requirements
This course is for those working in council housing, Registered Social Landlords and letting agencies in positions including clerical staff, assistant housing officers, housing officers, housing inspectors, homelessness advisors and wardens.

Benefits
On completion of this course, the candidate will achieve the CIH Level 4 Diploma award which can allow progression onto Higher level CIH qualifications and postgraduate level courses at University and/or career progression to positions such as housing officer, policy co-ordinator, management in council housing and RSLs.
