This course will develop the candidate's ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a range of customers, provide information and advice to customers, solve problems relating to dissatisfaction and deal with customer complaints.
There are no formal entry requirements. This course is appropriate for anyone employed or interested in dealing with customers.
By attending this course the candidate will understand customer service and be able to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
