Content
This course is designed to provide an overview of Equality and Diversity, what it means and current legislation surrounding it. Content includes: legislation, the six strands (disability, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion) and applying equality and diversity in the workplace. A variety of teaching methods will be used including videos, newspapers, internet, Information and Communication Technologies, music, guest speakers and personal testimonies.
