This course is designed to provide the candidate with the basic knowledge and understanding of Marketing principles and the operations of a Marketing department within an organisation. The concept of Market research will be covered and its importance to the Marketing process.
There are no formal entry requirements. This is an introductory course to assist candidates to progress to further Marketing study.
On completion the candidate will be able to explain the role of Marketing in different types of organisations and understand the importance of different types of Market research.
