The BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders has been designed to be completed in one day and includes a short multiple-choice exam. A comprehensive handbook, presented in an easy-to-follow format, supports the qualification and covers all the information needed for the examination. Topics include: roles, responsibilities and functions of licensing authorities and the personal licence holder, the application process for a personal licence, penalties relating to failure to comply with the law, the premises licence, operating schedules, premises supervisor duties, rights of entry, police powers, the sale, strength and the effects of alcohol.

Entry Requirements
This course is aimed at staff working in licensed premises in Scotland.
